Warning: Video contains swearing

I’m playing Quick Play. Defence in Hollywood. Excellent. I decided to play Symmetra. Instead of placing sentries along the car choke point or on the point itself. I decided that I’ll try something a little different that has worked in the past, I’ll setup a microwave along the flank route. Fast forward, we win. Random guy shouts in chat about how Symmetra and Torbj dont’ belong because of their turrets. I get POTG, because I’ve melted people with the beam, no sentries in sight. I laughed. Didn’t feel that it was right to point this out in game, didn’t want to troll.

As luck would have it, next match the angry fella gets put on my team. Then gives me a serve, calling me a “POS” because I chose Symmetra. It was hilarious. At first I thought he was joking, then he kept going on, and on… and on…

I didn’t do anything special. It was a good team. The sentries were totally avoidable, as they were down the side. They had a Winston at the start that could have (should have) neutralised me. I was actually planning on swapping out when I died due to them having a Winston. I’ve rewatched it a few times, I only killed him once that I can see. I don’t know what got him all riled up.

I’m in my mid 30’s, I’m just a mum, I’ve never played FPS games before. As someone who has never had someone flip out on them, it tickled my ribs and wanted to share the laugh. Thanks Guy, made my night!
